Do you ship to my country?
At the moment, we deliver nationwide. We are looking to expand to worldwide delivers in the near future.
Who will deliver my item?
Orders delivered with the UK will be shipped via DPD or Royal Mail.
Why does your pricing vary across the same product range?
Prices are dependent on the supply and demand of products, and some sizes are in higher demand than others, which causes the market value of these to increase.
Please ensure you double check that you are happy with the final price before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make any price adjustments.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately, due the speed at which orders are packed and prepared means that we are unable to amend or cancel any orders that have already been placed.
This includes amendments to delivery addresses, so please double check to ensure you are inputting your details correctly.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive your return, this will be checked by our dedicated team of quality controllers. You’ll receive an email notification once we have accepted your return. Please note, refunds may take up to 5 working days to clear.
